Antarctic Support Associates (ASA) under contract with the National Science Foundation is seeking sources interested in providing Dental, Medical, and Pharmaceutical Services in support of the United States Antarctic Program (USAP). Required services include but are not limited to, 24-hour emergency service, ambulance service, clinical health care, outpatient pharmaceutical service, physical therapy, search and rescue medical support, aeromedical evacuations, surgical services, Operative Dentistry and Oral Surgery, medical provider staffing to remote sites, and controlled substance custodians. Although services are required throughout the whole year, the austral summer season with an estimated peak population of 1,000 is from October through February, with a reduced population of approximately 200 during the austral winter for the months of April through September.
