708-0926. Ginnie Mae is seeking a master subsevicer for its defaulted
manufactured housing portfolio. The successful offeror shall perform
the complete range of services expected of a GNMA manufactured housing
issuer/servicer. Should a proposer be selected who is not currenty
approved in the Ginnie Mae Manufactured Housing program, that proposer
shall be granted approval pending submission and approval of required
forms and information normally requested of an applicant into the
program. RFP GNMA-95-A-03 will be issued on or about April 24, 1995.
Proposals will be due 45 days after issuance. Proposals for this
requirement may be submitted by all qualified concerns. The small
business size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts
for preceding three fiscal years not to exceed 3.5 million dollars. SIC
7389 applies. All interested firms should submit their requests for RFP
GNMA-95-A-03 in writing. Telephonic requests will not be honored.
