The Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS) intends to negotiate a contract, on a sole source basis with San Diego County Office of Education AVID Center. DoDDS requires administrative support and monitoring services for the continued implementation of the Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) program which will enable DoDDS schools to effectively administer, supervise and evaluate the AVID implmentation. The contractor shall review the status of implmented AVID programs, conduct site visits and prepare reports on individual schools' strengths and weakness in the AVID implmentation using AVID quality indicators.
