This will be a firm fixed price and indefinite quantity type contract. The firm fixed-price portion of the contract requires cleaning a 37' wide by 79' long by 20' high concrete tank used for holding sewage sludge/wastewater/removing sludge; certifying ``Gas, Lead, and PCB Free'', inspecting tank interior (by a registered professional structural engineer) for concrete damage; applying an epoxy-polymide coating; removing existing and installing new aeration piping. The indefinite quantity portion of the contract includes concrete and structural repairs for spalls, corner edges, cracks, and exposed rebar not covered in the firm fixed-price portion of the contract. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. Therefore, there is no information on prior contracts.
