Center for Tenant Ownership (NCTO), Georgetown University Law Center,
is seeking proposals from entities experienced in designing and
implementing training programs for residents in federally assisted
multifamily housing. The training, which would take place in Hartford,
CT, would include, but not be limited to, description of ownership
entity, resident selection, role of property management, leadership
development, communications, conflict management and operations of a
resident/homeownership association. Requests for Proposals can be
