labor, equipment, transportation, services, and materials required or
necessary to remove/demolish existing engine generator installations
and replace them with new engine generator and equipment at the
Honolulu Air Traffic Control Tower/Terminal Radar Approach Control
(ATCT/TRACON) facilities, HI and Kokee Air Force Station (AFS), Kauai,
HI. The work associated with this project shall include but is not
limited to: demolition, removal and disposal of the E/G and its
associated hardware, electrical work, transportation of the removed
E/G's to its new location, painting and other associated work. All work
shall be performed in strict accordance with FAA plans and
specifications. The period of performance is 40 calendar days after
receipt of the notice to proceed for the Honolulu ATCT/TRACON site and
60 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed for the Kokee
AFS site. Invitation for Bid (IFB) DTFA08-95-B-03728 will be available
on or about April 21, 1995, with a public bid opening approximately 30
days thereafter. The estimated price range for both sites for this
procurement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. All responsible
offerors may submit a bid which shall be considered by the FAA. All
