FERMCO solicitation number F95I159841, for the Vitrification Pilot Plant Furnace, Gem Machine and Portable Lab Installation project at the Department of Energy's Fernald Environmental Management Project (FEMP) in Fernald, Hamilton County, Ohio, is scheduled to be released on or about April 7, 1995. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, services, and each and every item of expense necessary for the installation of FERMCO furnished Vitrification Furnace, Gem Making Machine with conveyor system and associated equipment. The work shall also include the installation of FERMCO furnished Portable Lab enclosure and design, engineering, fabrication and erection of the metal building, approximately 12' x 24', around the lab enclosure and furnish and install the Drum Handling Conveyor System. Estimated project cost range is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00 and the project shall be completed within 90 days from a notice to proceed.
