The new buildings are to be pre-engineered metal buildings. The Wet Lab building size is approximately 7,800 square feet. The Maintenance/Archive/Central Plant building is approximately 9,400 square feet. Work includes but is not limited to demolition of an existing building, excavation, earthfill, compaction, grading and drainage, construction of the new buildings, installation, coordination of and connection to public utilities, paving and landscaping.
