Z -- REPAIR OF CIBOLA OPERATING BRIDGE FOR CIBOLA DIVISION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, ARIZONA Sol 1425-5-SI-30-11740. Cntact Ms. Sonja Poindexter, Procurement Technician, 702-293-8524; Synopsis No. 95-07. The Bureauof Reclamation has a requirement to rebuild the west end of the Cibola Operating Bridge. Construction will include the removal and disposal of fire damaged timber piles and cross-bracing located in the river channel. Demolition will also include the removal and disposal of the fire damaged western abutment pile cap, bulkhead timbers, and damaged portions the existing timber piles. Construction will also include furnishing and installing precast concrete, prestressed concrete, or steel piles, reinforced concrete pile caps, steel stringers, bracing, metal decking, and concrete or asphalt surfacing. Reconstruction will also include furnishing and installing galvanized steel W-beam guardrail system, minimal earthwork and subgrade preparation for tie-in to the western bridge approach. This is a revised resolicitation of the requirement issued under Solicitation No. 1425-5-SI-30-11540. The estimated cost range of this project is $100,001 to $250,000. The location of this project is about 3 miles south of Palo Verde, California, in sections 25, 26, 35, and 36, Township 1 North, Range 24 West, G & SRM, Yuma County, Arizona. The performance time for completion of this project is 180 days. The presolicitation notice (SF-1417) for this project is currently available. This solicitation is a total labor surplus area set aside. For this acquisition the standard industrial classification code is 1622 and the small business size standard is $17 million. The estimated issuance date of the solicitation is May 1, 1995. The estimated date for receipt of bids is May 31, 1995.
