PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Air National Guard of Connecticut at Bradley Air National Guard Base in East Granby, CT requires the following construction services: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, expertise and facilities required to make alterations to the Base Civil Engineer Facility. Consisting of: removal of gypsum walls and use of pre-wired workstations, addition of a 4,200 SF pre-engineered structure to match the existing, upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems, construction of a 4,000 SF covered storage facility and demolition of a 1,462 SF building. The performance period is 180 calendar days. Estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. A firm-fixed price contract is expected.
