Work consists of: remove and dispose of existing front and rear entry doors, mechanical room doors, carport storage unit doors and associated frames and hardware. Replace existing doors with new pre-hung steel door units, set in matching steel jambs, to include all associated builders hardware and deadbolts assemblies and aluminum storm door units, with heavy duty actuating closing devices, and new heavy duty aluminum thresholds. This will be a requirements type contract for a base and two option years. Estimated magnitude for the base year and two option years is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
