The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to purchase 180 Access Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) Kits, 180 Access Total Dhyroxine (T4) Kits and 180 Thyroid Uptake (T3) Kits on a sole source bsis to Sanofi Diagnostics, 1000 Lake Hazeltine Drive, Chaska MN 55318-1084. These reagent kits shall be used with a currently installed Access Immunoassay System, Model #81600. In addition to the kits, the following items will also be purchased on a sole source basis: 48 access reaction vessels, 4 pkgs access substrate, 84 pkgs access wash buffer, 12 pkgs access waste bags, 12 pkgs access system check solution, and 12 bags access sample cups. The contract will be awarded for a base year and four option years for a total of five years. A firm fixed-price supply contract is contemplated.
