Dupre, Contracting Officer, at (5O5) 678-5134 The White Sands Missile Range, NM intends to acquire on the basis of Other Than Full and Open Competition, as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1, from Hewlett Packard Company, two portable spectrum analyzers, Model No. 8592L, with options 021 and 024 (HP-IB interface for HP printer, plotter or computer and parallel printer interface). The analyzers must have a frequency range of 9 Khz to 18 Ghz, two interfacing ports (a Hewlett Packard-Interface Buss or General Purpose Interface Buss), and separate printer parallel port, weigh less than 40 lbs, and be compatible with existing remote control software.
