Participation in the program will be open to all categories of organizations both domestic and foreign: industry, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, NASA Centers, and other Government agencies. A briefing on the proposed capabilities of the Orbiter and Lander, and plans for the AO, will be held on April 10, 1995, at the Lockheed Martin Astronautics Company in Denver, Colorado.
