This project consists of conducting a Level II stream survey on approximately 76.5 miles of streams and preparing a stream survey report. The survey includes collecting physical data and fish distribution information. Streams to be surveyed are located on the Siuslaw National Forest; Hebo, Mapleton, Alsea, and Waldport Ranger Districts; Tillamook, Lincoln, Benton and Lane Counties, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to complete the work. Contract time is 234 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated start work date is June 26, 1995. Bonding is required. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business.
