Architect-Engineering (A/E) Services for professional land survey and
prepare legal description (plat surveys) on/off site underground
utility lines. This shall include but not be limited to: legal
descriptions and lease surveys for underground fiber optics and
communication line, telephone line, 4'' and 8'' water line, 8'' sewer
line, 18'' storm drain line and power line. All of the utility easement
lines should be 20 ft. wide, 10 ft. each side of line. The work shall
be done at San Diego Linbergh Field Airport and Port of San Diego Site.
Estimated price range is less than $25,000.00. The A/E firms will be
evaluated on the following selection criteria, in descending order of
importance. (1) Professional qualifications of the key persons assigned
to perform the required services. (2) Specialized experience and
technical competence of the firm related to this requirement. (3)
Capability and capacity to accomplish the work. (4) Past performance on
contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of
cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance
schedules. (5) Location in the general geopraphical area of the
project, knowledge of the locality of the project and proximity to the
Contracting Officer (Los Angeles), Firms having capability for this
