Sunday, Contracting Officer, 301/443-6550 CNT 213-95-0018 The DHHS/PHS/Division of Acquisition Management knows only of one source, IBM Corporation, to provide support and maintenance services for the IBM ADVANTIS communications network and related services including InfoLink, OrderLink, SupportLink, ServiceLink, MartLink, and IBMLink. The Division of Systems and Network Management, Parklawn Computer Center (PCC) currently uses the ADVANTIS communications network and related services for day-to-day problem diagnostics, upgrades, problem resolution, and support activities. The contract shall have a base period of 4 months with four one-year option periods. Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, this requirement has been certified, justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and 6.304. No solicitation is available, therefore requests for such documents will be considered invalid responses. Firms having the ability to provide ADVANTIS network connectivity and access to the related services stated above, shall provide clear and comprehensive information supporting its claim, inclusive of references listing contact person(s) and phone number(s); technical literature; GSA schedule number, if applicable; and pricing. Responses should be addressed to the attention of Kelly A. Cook, referencing requirement 213-95-0018. If no affirmative response is received within 45 days of publication, the Government shall negotiate an award to IBM Corporation. (0094)
