A Government representative will pump the oily waste from the ship to the contractor-provided vessel, i.e. truck or tank. Removal and disposal will be in support of U S Naval ships in the following locations: Bellingham, Everett, Seattle, Tacoma, Port Angeles, and Olympia, WA, and Astoria, Portland and Newport, OR. Total estimated gallons for the one year period of performance is 500,000. Period of Performance: 16 August 1995 through 15 August 1996. FOB Destination per delivery order. Note 1 applies.
