The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requires the services of experts thoroughly familiar with professional developments in the methods and substance of statistical theory, procedures, analysis of data with incomplete or missing information and the weighing and anlysis of panel studies. In addition, it is intended that these researchers will, in the course of performing these tasks, develop both a familiarity with the data bases and a high level of professional expertise in the processing and analyzing of these data bases. The IRS also requires knowledge and experience in conducting surveys, dealing with nonresponses, and weighing and analyzing results. This procurement will be a partial small business set-aside, 70% large business and 30% small business. It is anticipated that two (2) INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY, TASK ORDER CONTRACTS will be awarded.
