J -- MAINTENANCE OF CCSS DUE 042895 POC For copy, contact the info office indicated., For additional information contact Tang.0kl/Pklc/916-643-4438 This announcement is to obtain industry comments on the Statement of Work (CCSS-SOW-95-00097) for the on-site corrective/preventive maintenance support for operational Command and Control Switching System (CCSS) at worldwide locations. CCSS consists of secure and non-secure telecommunication switching systems manufactured by Electrospace Systems Inc. The system is a multilevel precedence electronic digital system with modular, expandable, high isolation, redundant, non-blocking switches which interface with multiple KY switches and cryptographic devices as well as T1 bulk encryption equipment which permits access to DSN, AUTOVON, and commercial networks. The requirement is for services necessary to maintain switches in an operable condition at selected locations. Specifically included are logistics/maintenance support of all hardware/software. Site maintenance can vary between 1 to 10 technicians per site and principal period of maintenance varies between 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 40 hours per week depending on each site's mission.
