The contractor shall be responsible for providing a staff of Chief Medical Officer, Staff Physician, Chief Nurse, Staff Nurses and Medical Receptionist. The contractor shall provide state board certified or state board qualified physicians in internal, preventive, or occupational medicine. The contractor will be responsible for providing physicial examinations and complete health analysis of DEA and United States Marshall Services employees located in Arlington, Va., New York, New York, and Newark, New Jersey to determine Agents fitness for duty and their ability to perform strenous physical exertion, defensive tactics and dangerous assignments. Specific security requirements must be met. Period of performance is October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with four twelve month option periods.
