To provide after-hours physician services in house at the Federal Medical Center, a prison hospital, in Rochester MN. Services will be required for the base period of 01 Oct 95 through 30 Sept 96, with four option periods; period #1 01 Oct 96 - 30 Sept 97, period #2 01 Oct 97 - 30 Sept 98, period #3 01 Oct 98 - 30 Sept 99 and period #4, 01 Oct 99 - 30 Sept 2000. Hours of service are 6:30 pm to 6:30 am weekdays and 24 hours on weekends and the 10 federal holidays. Each physician shall have a medical license and shall be covered by the contractor's professional liability insurance coverage or shall cover his/her own insurance as defined in the solicitation.
