This solicitation has been unstricted and is open to full and open competition. The work includes providing inspection, testing, maintenance, repair and component replacement as necessary to maintain four (4) passenger elevators with a load capacity of 4,000 pounds per elevator which services eight (8) landings; one (1) dumbwaiter which services three (3) landings; and two (2) lift carts which services seven (7) landings. This will be a source selection procurement. Offerors shall submit technical proposals, which will be evaluated on management ability, experience, technical capability, and ability to respond in required timeframes and bid price. Estimated date for initial receipt of offers is 20 May 1995. There is a $30.00 (non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the Navy Industrial Fund. (Cash and personal checks will not be accepted.) Plans and specifications will be available 30 days prior to the approximate bid opening date and until supplies are exhausted.
