6 Mar 95. The following actions have been changed: Bid date is now 25
May 95. Issue date is now 25 Apr 95. Item 17 has been changed in its
entirety. 9453: Project consists of 5,000 SF facility to provide admin
& warehouse spaces. The facility will be constructed with concrete
slab on grade, split-face CMU wall, Metal Roof & Gutters & Metal Roof
Trusses. The facility will be fully Fire-Sprinklered. The
administrative & classroom areas will be heated & cooled. Work includes
site work & utilities. 9504: Construct a 25,000 SF admin bldg,
consisting of 2 bldgs connected by an entry vestibule. Main bldg to be
approximately 20,000 SF of offices, conference rooms, testing and
printing rooms, and has interior court yards, electrical power,
refrigerated air HVAC, telecommunications. The command center will be
approximately 6,000 SF with safe storage and secure areas, training and
offices, utilities similar to main building, site improvements include
natural gas, water, electrical power, sewage, landscaping, paved
drives and parking areas. Telecommunications building to consist of CMU
block walls, steel roof and wall framing, standing seam metal roof.
9505: Construct 3,500 SF building to house classrooms, offices,
administrative storage, etc., utilities and site development. Initial
payment for the purchase of plans & specs will be applied and no
additional monies will be required. Large businesses competing for this
project must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the
requirement for a subcontracting plan on the part of the work it
intends to subcontract. The recommended goals for subcontracting are
60.3% for small business, 9.8% for small disadvantaged business, and
2.9% for small business/woman-owned. A firm that submits a plan with
lesser goals must submit written rationale to support goals submitted.

drawings and $107.00 for full-size drawings. Non-refundable. Payment by

Finance and Accounting Officer, USAED Sacramento, must be received
prior to issuance of your order. Payment must be submitted with order
request or delivered in person to USAED Sacramento, Attn: Plan Room,

specialist for this will delay your order. Payment should reach this
