The work includes the removal of existing process chilled water system and associated cooling tower. The system shall be replaced by a new system with two 60 ton chillers, a 350 gpm cooling tower and associated pumps, piping and controls. In addition, repairs shall be made to an existing 480V switch panel along with any electrical work associated with installation of new chilled water system.
