Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing asphalt shingles and felt; installation of asphalt shingles reinforced with a fiberglass mat backed with a 25-year warranty; replace fascia, plywood sheathing, siding, and deteriorated fascia; install scabs, rafters, flashing, fascia, and aluminum trim. The performance period will be 240 days. The magnitude of the project is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and therefore this solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. Subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. SIC 1761, small business size standard is $7.0 million. For the purpose of determining small business status, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7.0 million.
