Work will consist of clearing and grubbing, grading, installation of underdrains, crushed stone base course, concrete paving, topsoil, seeding, and security chainlink fencing. Also disassembly, relocation, and reassembly of a canopy structure (approx. 30' X 65') and hookup of electrical service, preparation and construction of canopy footings, installation of new area lighting poles and fixtures, extension of existing underground sprinkler system (ABI), and construction of one storm sewer manhole and approx. 200 feet of PVC pipe. The contract performance period is approximately 120 days. The estimated schedule for construction start is mid June 1995. The estimated cost range for this project is $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation package will be available o/a 7 April 1995. Bid opening date is o/a 16 May 1995. There is a $20.00 nonrefundable fee for each bid package (checks payable to U.S. Treasury).
