Center. Only one responsible source under the authority of l0 U.S.C.
2304(c)(l) to provide 1200 ea. CTIC chips for use in the Enhanced
Manpack UHF Terminals. This effort will contain range options of up to
5800 chips. A Firm-Fixed price contract is anticipated. Only written
requests will be accepted. See Note 22. The US Army Communications
Electronics Command (CECOM) has established an Electronic Bulletin
Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals
(RFP's) and (Invitation for Bids (IFB's) from Government to industry.
All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited
to access, operate, send and receive data from CECOM EBB System. To
become a user of the EBB you will need an identification code and
password in adddition to a computer terminal equipped with the
necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB system.
Detailed information regarding system requirements is contained in the
US ARMY CECOM EBB User's Manual. A User's Manual, identification code
and password will be issued upon request. All requests must include l)
Company Name, 2) Point of Contact Name(s) and Title(s), 3) Return
Address(es), and 4) Telephone number(s). Please send your request in
