Occupational Therapy Section within Physical Medicine Service, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for a computer based hand and upper extremity system (1) ea Desktop w/video system and (1) ea. portable system, designed to both evaluate and treat upper neuromuscular and orthopedic conditions. The system shall provide efficient testing, analysis and treatment of the hand. Evaluation tools shall be standardized and integrated to minimize deviation and provide for data collection efficiency.
