The Navy is currently operating Viking 2200 propulsion control systems, manufactured by Regulator's Europa, Inc. in Colchester, England. Therefore Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Regional Contracts Department, San Diego intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Allied Marine Services, Inc., in an amount of $56,022.00 for these items, since they are Regulator's Europa, Inc., only factory authorized distributor in the United States of America.
