The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command plans to award a contract for a wide range of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hardware and software products. A fixed-price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration for contract award. Due to the late questions received from industry and other administrative changes and minor correction, the due date for NTOPS is extended from: 21 April 1995 to: 01 May 1995. The RFP is distributed via the Naval Information Systems Management Centers Electronic Bulletin Board (NEBBS). The RFP may be accessed on the NISMC Electronic Bulletin Board (NEBBS) at 202/433-3405/3538. To access the NEBBS, use communications settings asynchronous, 8 data bits up to 14.4 baud, no parity, and 1 stop bit.
