Anderson (804) 734-8617 (Site Code DECA01) Furnish and deliver vinyl shelf labels and thermal scale labels to Commissary locations in the Northwest, Alaska, Hawaii, Midwest, and Southwest Regions for the Defense Commissary Agency. An offer shall be submitted for delivery to all Commissary locations in the designated Regions. Shelf labels, for Printronix P300, Mannessman Tally or C.ITOH model CI 500 printers shall be vinyl, removable adhesive back, fan fold, pin-fed, smudge proof, and colors are 40% white on bottom and select color (yellow, green, blue, and pink) on top. Size of labels are either 3'' X 1 3/16'' or 1 3/4''x 1 3/16''. The Thermal Scale labels are red print on white background and pre-printed with ''SELL BY'', NET WT./COUNT'', ''UNIT PRICE'', ''TOTAL PRICE'', and ''THANK YOU''. Some of the labels are pre-printed with the USDA mandated safe handling statement for raw meat and poultry. Thermal Scale labels are to be used with Toledo Scale 314, 315, 324, 325, 8425, 8427; Hobart Scale 18VP, 18VPS, 1865, 5000 T, 5000 TE, SP80, SP1500, Ultima 2000; and TEC America HP18. This is not inclusive of all types of labels being requested. A Requirements Type contract is contemplated. Solicitation is to be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside.
