The Office of Naval Research intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Oracle Corporation for maintenance and technical support of Oracle software as follows: Operating System Microsoft Windows: C, Forms, Plus, Reports, TCP/IP, Browser, Forms RT, and Operating System MacIntosh: Book, Browser, Forms, Graphics, Plus, Reports and TCP/IP. Requirements are to provide: (1) software support for each product listed above, (2) access to Oracle Bug Database, (3) technical assistance to the Government in system configuration and problem solving. All software must be in current versions and installed at customer location. No other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See Note 22. (0095)
