The Office of Naval Research intends to negotiate with Vector Research Company, Inc. for the performance of analyses and studies related to programmatic and operational policies, processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines for the Navy Industrial Program Office. Vector is the organization that can provide the requested services without interruption. This effort will be negotiated for a one year period of performance.
