In order to evaluate a firm's qualification and experience, the following information is requested: The firm's qualifications regarding 23 CFR 650.307; familiarity with the Federal Highway Administration's Structure Inventory and Appraisal coding format (preferably Forest Service coding format); projected workload; availability of a registered professional engineer to conduct or directly supervise each bridge inspection.
