D -- EXTENDED MAINTENANCE OF THE AT&T DCSS 240 AND 240E SYSTEMS LOCATED AT MSFC SOL ATD-124-JKM-95/0471 POC Contact J. K. MacLean CSC intends to enter into a sole source subcontract with AT&T DCSS for their extended maintenance support, including hardware, software and telephone support of the AT&T DCSS /Distributed Teleconference System (DTS) installed at the Marshall Space Flight Center. The systems must remain continuously in full operating condition in support of the NASA wide Operations. The Subcontract/Agreement will consist of a continuation of the services presently in place beginning August 18, 1995 through August 17, 1996. Interested persons have 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i. e. technical specifications, brochures, and price lists) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications / capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether of not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the required information may be considered not acceptable in response to this synopsis. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this synopsis. A determination by CSC not to compete this proposed subcontract on a full and open competition basis, based upon the responses to this synopsis, is solely within the discretion of CSC. Contact J. K.
