Provide labor, supplies and equipment as needed to use a vibratory plow with a 60'' blade to sever root grafts between oak wilt infected trees and uninfected trees to isolate disease centers. Treatment will be accomplished on approximately 443 centers divided into 11 areas within 22,022 acres located at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a minimum of 1 area to be completed and a maximum of 11 areas. Request for IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check or money order payable to US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package.
