The factors that the Authority will consider in evaluating proposals will include in relative order of importance, the following: (1) Cost analysis (labor, overhead and profit); (2) Special licensing requirements; (3) Knowledge of overall requirements; (4) Experience in overall requirements; (5) Experience of assigned personnel; (6) Quality of written proposal; (7) Quality of presentation; (8) Past performance on Authority projects, if any. A pre-proposal Conference will be held on Thursday, April 27, 1995 at 10:30 A.M. in Conference Rooms 3 & 4, 6th Floor, at 130 Livingston Street (at Boerum Place), Brooklyn, New York.
