Comprehensive worldwide maintenance, engineering and technical assistance in support of US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) and it's subordinate units/sites. The objectives of this requirement is to provide complete logistics, engineering, planning, software, programming, life cycle maintenance, and quality assurance, for INSCOM electronic systems and subsystems, designated ancillary equipment, and facilities located worldwide. It is estimated that seventy three contractor personnel will be required to support this requirement. The majority will be required to have top secret security clearances. All contractor personnel requiring this clearance must have current, adjudicated top secret clearances prior to contract award.
