Provide all labor, transportation, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to provide grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Naval Hospital, Beaufort, South Carolina for approximately 89 acres. Work involved to include grass cutting, edging, fertilization, raking, grassing and other miscellaneous services associated with grounds maintenance. The specification contains provisions for indefinite quantity contract line items for raking and grassing of areas when and if required by the U.S. Naval Hospital, Beaufort, S.C. The initial period of performance will be August 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. The specification contains two (2) one (1) year option periods to be executed by the Government if found to be in the Government's best interest.
