U -- PROVIDE TRAINING PROGRAM IN LANGUAGE TESTER CERTIFICATION AND RECERTIFICATION SOL PC-95-05. DUE 052295. The contractor shall develop and implement a system of language tester training for use in all Peace Corps countries. This system shall involve sending tester trainers from the United States to selected countries in all Peace Corps regions to train testers in a procedure based on the American Council of Teachers of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) oral interview procedures. The contract base period of performance shall be from October 1, 1995 to September 30, 1996. The contract shall be renewable for four option years. The contractor shall conduct a minimum of three tester trainer workshops per Peace Corps region for a total of 12 workshops during the initial term of the contract. There will also be a minimum of 12 workshops during option years 1-4. Each workshop shall be approximately five days. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
