Rebate on official domestic travel sales excluding bus, train, hotel/motel, & car rental, as well as concession fee on unofficial domestic travel sales excluding bus, train, hotel/motel, & car rental applies. To be considered, offeror must demonstrate that it meets minimum requirements as follows: (1) Contractor shall use established computer reservation system, i.e. Apollo, Sabre, SystemOne, or WorldSpan; (2) Contractor shall be in good standing with the Airline Reporting Corp. (ARC) and be capable of writing tickets on all approved carriers; and (3) Because of Government billing procedures, the contractor will maintain the capability to sustain 30 to 60 delays in the Government's payment for tickets used for official travel. Historical data indicates that this may be in excess of $1,000,000. Contract will be for 2 year basic period with three 1 year option periods. This will be a two-step negotiated acquisition.
