The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for construction of a new Webb Bridge Station Post Office in Alpharetta, GA on a site located at the intersection of Webb Bridge Rd. and Webb Bridge Way. The plans were prepared using the Kit of Parts program. The building will have approximately 35,000 gross SF of floor space. Some of the building features will be steel frame construction, brick veneer, single ply roofing and other work associated with postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $2,300,000 and $3,300,000 with completion within 365 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
