Philadelphia, intends to procure on a unrestricted, full and open competitive basis FIP Services for the Design and Development of a Computer Software System for an Automated Degree Planner (ADP) for the Defense Activity for Non- traditional Education Support (DANTES), Pennsacola, FL. The ADP consists of a Summary Student Evaluation, an Unofficial Automated DD Form 295 (an Official Document used for Verification of a Service Member's Military Experience and Service School Completion), and an Unofficial Draft Student Agreement. A cost plus fixed fee contract is anticipated. The contract will consist of a twelve (12) month Base Year for the initial development of the ADP and two (2) one (1) year options providing updates to the ADP.
