Q -- CHCS SYSTEMS MANAGER SOL DADA15-95-R-0059 DUE 051795 POC Contract Specialist, RENITA SMITH, (202)782-1247 Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis for a Physician/Systems Manager to provide non clinical services with the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) for the Directorate of Information Management. The CHCS System Manager must possess a current license to practice as a physician in a state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or a territory of the United States. Must have a minimum of seven (7) years experience with the management and design development of the CHCS. must have a minimum of five (5) years past experience as a CHCS Systems Manager for the Composite Health Care System. CHCS System Manager will conduct classes to implement CHCS and train site personnel at WRAMC, Kimbrough Army Hospital (Ft. Meade) and Dewitt Army Hospital (Ft. Belvoir); conduct interviews to identify clinical problems associated with CHCS. Requests must include technical information supporting the requestors ability to provide this service. If no response is received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this synopsis, this requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Dr. Edwin N. Gunby.
