65 -- AUDIOMETRIC COMPUTER SYSTEM SOL DADA15-95-R-0063. Contact Point: Alfred Bariatti, 202/782-1280. It is the intention of the Government to negotiate with Biocoustics Instruments, Inc. on a sole-source basis for a System 20 Audiometric system consisting of: 1 ea. 486/50 Mhz dedicated file server with 16 MB RAM, 2 GB HD, 3 1/2'' FDD; unit will collect and store audiometric data; 1 ea. laser printer for printing reports on WRAMC OP162 Audiometric Forms; and an UPS; System will operate on a 25-user network; 8 ea; 486/33 satellite work stations w/8MB RAM, 130 MB HD, dual floppy drive, SVGA monitors, network software and an UPS for each workstation; One 2GB tape backup unit; 8 dot matrix printers; modem and Audiometric software. The system will be linked with eight Grason-Stadler model GSI-10 & GSI-16 diagnostic audiometers and eight Grason-Stadler GSI-33 Middle Ear Analyzers via RS-232 connections to each workstation. The system must also be functionally compatible with Govt.-owned Frye 6500 hearing aid analyzers. The Government requires system delivery, complete system integration and installation and on site user training. System must be MS-DOS compatible.
