Supply and deliver to the USDA, ARS, SPA Research Facility in Weslaco, Texas, a True Color Multispectral Digital System with the ability to capture images simultaneously from three genlock cameras. Cameras must digitial outputs with array of 1.4 million pixels or better, and the image data acquired must be stored on a pentium based 90 MHz computer with a minimum of 1 GB hard disk space, with one second or less frame cycle for grabbing and storing image scenes onto a hard disk (images obtained from three cameras simultaneously). All software and hardware must be provided by the vendor. Any offer without these features will not be considered. RFP will be issued o/a 04-19-95, with proposals due 05-19-95.
