delivery order against a GSANon-mandatory Federal Supply Schedule,
Group 70, ADP Equipment.List of items to be procured are SS-3078-1MA
Sniffer Server 10Base T ethernet, TCP/IP Transport DDS- 12 each,
SniffmasterSoftware for Windows console software SM/W - 2 each, and
SA-8509Newt 3.X TCP/IP Protocol Stack for SM/W (Win - SOC TCP/IP - 2
each. Vendors who can furnish the items are requested to submit, in
writing, a substantive statement clearly stating the ability to fill
this requirement. Substantiveness would be indicated by a statement of
exactly what hardware is offered, firm pricing, delivery schedule,
discount terms, business classification or size, and f.o.b.
destination. Responses to this notice with GSA schedule pricing shall
include GSA Contract Number and expiration date. Submit responses in
writing within 15 calendar days from the first date of this notice. If
no responses are received, an order will be placed with the above
reference schedule contractor in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the GSA schedule contract. When a response is received
from another schedule vendor for an item(s) that meets the requirement
at the lowest overall cost an order will be placed against the ADP
Schedule Contract. When a response of received from a non-schedule
vendor that meets the requirement and an analysis indicates that a
competitive acquisition would be more advantageous to the Government,
