Residential Community Corrections Center (CCC) services: Concerns have the ability to provide residential CCC services for male and female Federal offenders in the Roanoke, Virginia area. Interested Offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Estimated number of mandays is 14,600 (11,680 males and 2,920 females) for the base period. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a May 6, 1995. Contract base period is two years, with three one year options to be exercised at an estimated 8,032 (6,424 males and 1,606 females), 8,733 (7,066 males and 1,667 females), and 9,607 (7,773 males and 1,834 females) for each option year respectively.
