The contractor will be required to provide new assemblies, subassemblies, components, and materials in accordance with existing government-owned and/ contractor-owned AN/AYK-14(V) specifications, as required to effect the necessary repairs. The contractor will be required to test repaired modules to all applicable performance specifications using contractor-owned fixtures, test equipment, and software. Deliveries required 45 days after date of order. The ordering period will be five years. The intended source is Computing Devices International (Ceridian Corporation), Minneapolis, MN, the designer, developer, and only qualified source for AN/AYK-14 equipment. (0097)
